Office Policies & Terms of Care
To help us provide the highest level of care in a respectful and efficient environment, please review the following office policies:

Appointments & Cancellations
We value your time and reserve your appointment exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Financial Responsibility
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and cash. We do not bill insurance, but we’re happy to provide a superbill upon request.
Scope of Practice
As a chiropractic and functional wellness clinic, our services are non-diagnostic and non-pharmaceutical. We focus on supporting the body's innate ability to regulate and restore function through chiropractic care, muscle testing, and adjunctive wellness techniques.
Nutraceuticals & Recommendations
Any supplements or wellness products recommended during your care are offered as part of a customized wellness plan. These are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions and should be used in accordance with your provider's guidance.
Communication & Follow-Up
We encourage open communication. If you have questions after your visit, please reach out via our secure messaging system or email. Clinical updates or new concerns may require a follow-up appointment.
Privacy & Confidentiality
All patient information is kept strictly confidential in compliance with HIPAA. We use secure systems to store and manage your records.

By becoming a patient at our clinic, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
If you have any questions about our policies, please don’t hesitate to ask — we’re here to support you every step of the way.
